Requires a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science or Business. 

One year minimum supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility. Proven record of leading, motivating and developing hourly employees. Team based management background preferred. Previous juice/beverage processing and packaging experience desirable.

Requires administrative experience including budgeting, cost control, project management and capital planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Must have good communication skills, both oral and written. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work on several projects simultaneously, prioritize for self and others, trouble-shoot problems and implement solutions. Ability to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Must be team oriented and willing to adjust work shift as needed to support business needs.

Actively promote and participate in team meetings. Help plan and organize daily production activities to meet the needs of the plant operation. Ensure that Shelf Stable production is operating efficiently and maximizing production output. Lead process improvement initiatives. Monitor and review all required production paperwork. Develop and administer procedures (SOP's, SSOP's, HACCP and GMP's). Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, teams and hourly employees. Actively promote and participate in a team based work environment. Provide training and career development guidance to team members. Provide leadership to operators and maintenance mechanics. Facilitate change. Instill and support safety programs and awareness. Encourage and give positive recognition. Build/strengthen relationships within the teams. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback. Provide guidance to teams and set necessary priorities. Discipline teams/individuals when necessary. Explain and interpret guidelines and policies to the team. Practice "Walk the Talk" principles by holding yourself accountable and following FNG's core values and leadership expectations. Willing to adjust work shift as needed to support business needs.
