Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup Florida's Natural® Brand orange juice
• 1 cup oil
• 2-1/2 tsp. vanila
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• Powdered sugar for topping
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Filling

• 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
2. Beat first 5 ingredients at high speed.
3. Sift next 4 ingredients together.
4. Fold in nuts, alternate mix and filling in pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes.
