Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of Florida's Natural® Brand orange juice
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 1-1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 double pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
  2. Make pie crust and add orange rind.
  3. Combine sugar, tapioca, salt, nutmeg, orange juice, and rhubarb. Place in piecrust. Top with strawberries and dot with butter. Top with second piecrust.
  4. Brush with milk, sprinkle sugar on top.
  5. Cook for 40-50 minutes.
