 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (you can also use pecans)
 - 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
 - 1/2 cup unrefined sugar
 - 2 teaspoon cardamom
 
Ingredients for the Cake
- 2 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
 - 1 1/2 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
 - 1/2 cup unrefined sugar
 - 1 cup Florida's Natural® No Pulp Orange Juice
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
