Ingredients

Pound Cake:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Florida’s Natural® No-Pulp Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Florida’s Natural No-Pulp Orange Juice, plus more as needed
